Gibitre steel dies, built to international standards, produce specimens with constant geometry for dependable materials testing and alignment with preparation procedures such as ISO 23529. Manufactured from tool-grade mold steel and hardened by heat treatment, they deliver long service life. The spring-loaded ejector streamlines sample release, accelerating laboratory and quality-control workflows. Each die includes a calibration report traceable to primary standards, documenting compliance and linking results from measurement tools to reference metrology. Dies are preconfigured for Gibitre’s Manual Die-Cutting machine and can be supplied with dedicated attachment tangs to interface with other brands. Every unit comes in a wooden protective case and is engineered for repeated resharpening to control lifetime costs without compromising accuracy.
